NSK DigiLab aiding Croatian Student’ Council to tackle COVID-19

NSK DigiLab supports the initiative of the Croatian Students’ Council for better protecting Croatian medical staff in tackling the spread of COVID-19

The Digital Laboratory of the National and University Library in Zagreb joined a noble initiative of the Croatian Students’ Council aimed at making visors to better protect Croatian medical staff combating the spread of COVID-19 and treating COVID-19patients. NSK DigiLab thus donated its entire supply of 3D printing filaments and lent its 3D printers for this worthy cause.

The initiative was started by a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Split Slaven Damjanović, while the Croatian Students’ Council has taken over the initiative’s coordination at the national level.

The Croatian Students’ Council is inviting everyone able to support the initiative to donate material and equipment needed for it to continue.
