In 2023, 1,450,000 people visited all the sites of the Bibliothèque nationale of France (reading rooms, museum, exhibitions, events). With more than 1 million admissions to the reading rooms reading rooms and almost 400,000 visitors to the cultural facilities, the establishment set a new all-time record in 2023 (1,300,000 visitors in 2019), making it one of the busiest libraries in the world.
